Refresher Coaching Course
The refresher course provides a space to recall what was learned in Coaching Skills for Everyone Who Leads (prerequisite course) and provides time for interactive practice with emphasis on dealing with more challenging coaching situations. The course is interactive in nature, with ample time to practice the coaching skills and techniques, and time to create back-on-the-job action steps. Proactive Approach to Supervisor Excellence

Managing Conflict Workshop

To optimize performance, we must be able to effectively resolve issues, settle differences, and implement solutions on every level. Based on this proven method by Thomas and Kilman, this fast-paced, informative and interactive workshop helps participants discover how the ways they handle conflict, their conflict styles and others, affect performance and what to do about resolution. The purpose of this session is for each individual to learn more about his/her “natural” conflict style and understand the natural styles of those around them.
