STEP uP Program
Strategic Team Excellence Planning™ (STEP uP™)
STEP uP is a facilitated team conversation that helps the team as a whole and each individual on a team link their own job results and their own behavior to the greater outcomes of their organization.
Throughout the STEP uP program the team will review required team results and link them to the way the team goes about their work as individuals and as a group. The program addresses current impact on clients and ways to bring about possible new levels of impact that will move both their clients and their coworkers from satisfied to elated.
The STEP uP program provides a space to have the meaningful group conversation that goes beyond status reporting by working on the fundamental elements of how to choose to have greater impact.
