Coaching

One-on-one coaching is a focused conversation between Judith Wilson and a supervisor/ manager/leader with an emphasis on helping that person learn, gain insight, gain skill and take the small actions that will make them more successful in managing people, projects and programs. Coaching conversations are to the point and action oriented. These conversations help people drive their own growth and development and the growth and development of individuals who work with them.

Why Call Judith?

  • Judith is gutsy, fearless, dynamic, understanding, and she won't let anything slip by. Judith's got the experience from both sides as the coach and as a business leader.

  • Judith becomes an individual or a team member's personal "positive impact" partner aimed at the next level of learning and results.

  • Judith is an important impartial support who becomes your best loved accountability mate.

  • Judith will ask the tough yet significant questions of her client/s, helping to make their challenges or issues transparent, having them look at new perspectives, and helping people be honest about better ways of doing things.

  • Judith's coaching approach insists an individual or a team get beyond any limiting beliefs or attitudes that hinder progress or stifles communication. She'll get you honest in a second!

  • Judith facilitates an individual or a team to create long-term and short-term plans for success; plans that have purpose, outcomes, goals, high-impact actions, and measures.

  • Judith takes leaders and managers to the mat! She makes sure they learn creative, more effective new ways to lead and motivate others. Judith is both strategic and tactical. She's got a knack for helping people add their learning and insight to real action.

  • Her style of coaching leaves plenty of space to address issues of work/life balance and stress management.

  • Most of all, people want a private space with impartial support. This way an individual or a team get to discuss sensitive personal or organizational issues off the record, so to speak.
