Judith Wilson is known for her earnest desire to help others develop, create, choose, communicate, and act effectively in their work and personal lives. People everywhere say one of Judith's greatest assets is that she is someone you can trust instantly. Her coaching and consulting approach is non-threatening, direct with no holds barred, and very consistent. When Judith works with people, she is completely at home with their adversity or their glory.
Throughout her ten years of professional coaching, consulting, facilitating, and training individuals and/or teams, she has always welcomed and embraced all the rugged edges, the windswept plateaus, the different temperaments and the unknown territories people bring to the table. Judith is best described as an enthusiastic catalyst that pulls forward the best in people: someone who helps people marry a sound strategy with impact filled tactics, helping them to expand their capacity to live and work more authentically, and increase their positive impact.
Judith Wilson brings to individuals and organizations nationwide, nearly a decade of organizational leadership and business management, from leading a Fortune 500 franchise, to establishing and leading a regional office of a change management firm. Her experience includes working with organizations of five employees, to organizations of thirty-three thousand employees, with executive level officers, boards of directors, and front-line and management level staff. Judith coaches, consults, facilitates, and trains in organizations ranging from the Arts, Banking, Biotech, Nonprofit, Municipal Government, Health and Human Services, Pharmaceutical, Technology, Telecommunications, Restaurant, Retail, Travel Related Services and more. Judith is a highly engaging facilitator and trainer, best known for her unique style that moves people to turn their own learning into commitment and action, quickly. She says her English accent is a real plus here! Judith is the creator of multiple programs in coaching style management, Strategic Team Excellence Planning (STEP uP)™, communication skills, customer service, change management, board capacity building, strategic planning, leadership development, and coaching programs for cross-cultural communication. Her goal is to help organizations develop their systems and their people, resulting in enhanced communication, improved job effectiveness, healthier client/customer service, higher levels of efficiency, and better productivity. She is the author of Partnership for Professional Development, a study on how to increase the return on investment of any learning and development intervention. Judith has also trained hundreds of employees in software applications.
Prior to consulting and professional coaching, Judith was General Manager/VP of a Fortune 500 franchise in Silicon Valley where she was named General Manager of the Year in 1994, CA/NV. Judith has lived and worked in many countries from South America to the Middle East. She was educated in England, professionally trained at the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA, and certified by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach, the highest certification available. She is also a Certified Facilitator and has taught coaching at John. F. Kennedy University. Judith has served as a Board Member of the Professional and Personal Coaching Association, is co-founder of the Black Professional Coaching Association, and is an active member of International Coach Federation (ICF), American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), Northern California Human Resource Association (NCHRA), International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and South Bay Organizational Development Network (SBODN).
